Meet the Medical Team
Hayley Jackson, DNP, FNP-BC, RN
Owner and Medical Director
Hayley is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse. She obtained her Masters and Doctoral degrees from Quinnipiac University and her Bachelors from Western CT State University. She has years of experience in primary care, urgent care, and emergency medicine. Hayley holds certifications in injecting botulinum toxin A, IV infusions, teaching yoga (RYT-200), and clinical aromatherapy. She has a passion for studying and exploring nature, hiking, gardening, and wellness. She is known by patients for her IV skills, sense of humor, and compassion.
Jeannine Witham, RN, BSN
Registered Nurse
A Rhode Island native with 26 years of RN experience. Her career has included meaningful work in the emergency department for 8 years, hospice, home care, and primary care. She has had the fortune of being be part of many diverse health journeys.
She believes in meeting people where they are and supporting them on their unique wellness paths. Inspired by the ocean, nature, and the power of mindfulness, she loves helping others find their own balance and vitality.
Jean Giles, BSN, RN
Registered Nurse
Jean is an experienced ICU nurse with a passion for holistic health and wellness, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you achieve balance and healing.
Jean is a certified reflexologist, ear acupuncturist, and advanced Reiki practitioner. Additionally, as a Holistic Registered Nurse, I integrate my nursing background with holistic therapies to provide comprehensive care.
Reed Webler, CMA
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant
Reed is a nationally certified medical assistant who obtained his Associate's in Science from Three Rivers Community College in 2021. He has years of experience in primary care. On the weekends he enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors. He is known by his patients for being easy to talk to and having a caring demeanor.
